What to expect in an initial consultation

Treatment begins with a thorough subjective assessment, where the aim is to establish as much information about not only your injury but your lifestyle factors such as your training load and past injury history that may contribute to your problem to allow your injury to be treated as effectively as possible

Treatment then moves to a hands on a hands on assessment covering a variety of aspects including:
Range Of Movement
Muscle Strength Testing
Functional Tests
Neurological Tests
Specific Ligament & Tendon
Tests Relevant To Your injury
Any Special Tests Relevant To Your Injury

Based on your injury and the assessment findings, you'll then recieve a form of treatment Examples include:Sports Massage
Cupping Therapy
Normatec Compression
PNF Stretching
Joint Mobilisations

The hour session will finish with a variety of rehab exercises relevant to your injury. These will be carried out and demonstrated in the clinic, and then sent home with you via email with video demonstrations, teaching points and all the sets / reps / rest times etc required per exercise
